AJDSL IRL Limited is a private hire driver platform headquartered in Swords, Co. Dublin. We connect drivers and passengers through dispatch, data, and call-handling infrastructure tuned for fair earnings and reliable service.

AJDSL exists because the driver side of private hire was being treated as disposable. Settlement was opaque, support was thin, dispatch logic optimised for marketplace metrics rather than driver economics. We rebuilt the platform around the simple idea that a private hire career should be sustainable — and that passengers benefit when drivers feel like partners rather than commodities.
The five services we run — data facilitation, dispatch, call centre, offshore handling, telephone numbers — are the operational layers that determine whether a fleet feels professional from booking to drop-off. Each one is configurable per fleet on the platform; no two operators get exactly the same shape.
